There Was a Problem Please Try Again Stubhub

   After updating to iOS eight every fourth dimension I endeavor to add together tickets to passbook via stubhub I get an alert that says "There was a problem processing your request. Please effort again." If I tap "Try again" it nevertheless fails.

   Is there any fashion to get tickets from stubhub into passbook without using the app. I dont want to have to print my tickets.

   I spoke with Stubhub chat. The support tech first told me that the issue had not yet been reported and told me to reinstall passbook.

   I told him that it was impossible to practise that and then he told me to reinstall Stubhub. Later reinstalling Stubhub the issue still persisted so I asked if it would exist possible to make a issues report to the app development team. He took downwardly my phone model, iPhone6,1 (5s), Stubhub app version number v.5.three and what version of iOS I was running, 8. He so said he would send the report over to the Resolutions Team.

   Afterwards the chat concluded, I found the Feedback feature in Stubhub and ship them an email. Here's hoping they ready this soon. My guess is that the Apple Pay addition to passbook requires quondam implementations of passbook to be updated for the new API.

   I am running iOS 10.0.2 (Latest and Up-To-Date) and StubHub 6.two.0 (Latest and Upwardly-To-Date) and every bit of October quaternary 2016, I have the latest version of Apple Wallet.
   I just purchased two tickets to a Chicago Cubs NLDS game for this Sabbatum and even if I go into "My Tickets" and then click on the game... I'll scroll all the way downwardly to the bottom it has a button that says "Add to wallet". So if I click on that, it shows my two tickets and right in a higher place them it says "Add tickets to the Apple tree Passbook App:" If I click on either of the 2 tickets it just says... "We're sorry, there's an outcome adding this pass to wallet. Please attempt again later on."
   Its hard to believe that people were having this aforementioned issue 2-3 years agone. Dorsum when information technology wasn't even chosen Apple tree Wallet. It was still called Apple Passbook.
   So who is to blame here? Apple or Stubhub?
