But wanted to learn
I picked this up most a month ago, and was surprised how easy it is to get in to. I have no spoken language problems, just figured I'd learn ASL. I practice for about v Days a week and have been slowly going through each department- currently upward to Life of The Party. I savour being able to ho-hum the videos and then that I can mimic more precisely the gesture.

A few suggestions, if you're absurd with that:
-Saving your identify when you lot check out the full roster of each section. It always throws me back up top and I take to scroll back down to my identify.-Rearrangement of the sections. It might exist personal preference, but learning colors and types of foods offset would make more sense than partying and flirting. Haha
-Flashcards! I would love to put what you've taught me to the test in an easier fashion than just looking at each department'south roster.
-More words! I know at that place's a lot here already, only I'm looking frontward to even more! Maybe parts of the torso, general medical terms, animals, etc.

It's really hard to find places that consistently and effectively help larn sign language. This app is skilful for beginners as the words simply appear as the signer says them, so you lot don't have to gauge what each word is. I haven't gotten far enough to see how well grammar is incorporated.
In one case you know the alphabet, the app organizes signs such that all of the categories build on the previous lessons, so y'all learn important signs like "I" "me" "y'all" very early, so they show y'all "acquire" then they add onto that by showing y'all "I learn signs" and before you know it you can retrieve how to sign "I learned how to sign when I was young" and make full sentences.
If you know the alphabet and want to first learning with light exposure to the language over time, this app is fantastic. Non to mention y'all have access to the entire app'southward content forever after paying a single fee. I'd highly recommend information technology.
No organized religion category only helpful when they rarely do take the sign you lot're looking for.
I tin can't really pull myself to sympathise why this app doesn't have its time to accept at least a religious category. Signs like "Jesus" and "God" are essential for a $10 in app purchase. The app tools it's time to make an LGBTQ category because the ASL app wants to teach us that equality is merely necessary when convenient to them. It is not that hard to expand the dictionary that yous're app has past adding signs like God, Buddha, Islam, Koran, Bible, gospel, and covenant. Things like that volition exist worth you lot're wile. Overall this is a helpful app but not helpful when you might every bit well look up most things on google. I would similar to have my learning in one place.
